Created to provide my younger-self with the mental health tools I wish I had, this space is for anyone who wants to affirm their thoughts, however weird, intrusive, or imaginative they may be. An enriching space for marginalized humans, this podcast seeks to make the concept of well-being a little less elite and elusive.     Thoughtful, effective and present messages
    I only listened to one episode so far, but it really resonated with me. It was the episode on how to recover from a difficult week. The way M.E.C explained the concept of letting your body feel the grief. Breathe into the moment, so you can fully walk through all that you need to experience in order to heal fully was amazing. I have been in therapy for a few years now and my therapist has explained the same concept. I have read books on it, but the way you shared your example of crying in the bathroom stall was so good and impactful. Thank you.
