    I have been looking for a podcast that is up to date with all the new technology and information that isn’t extremely long. This is all the good stuff in 20 minutes. Plus I had a question where I needed more information and received a reply within an hour. I am impressed.

    The “um” narrator is horrible, with an irritating voice that just drones on and on. No matter the quality of the info, I couldn’t stay focused on his long-winded monologue. . Other fitness and health podcasts generally have multiple speakers, interviews and guests. This offers a constant contrast of voices, energies and views. I listen to those from first episode to last on my long drives to and from work. . This narrator, however, hurt my ears. I tried to stick with it, hoping it would get better, but couldn’t get passed the third episode.

    I love the information provided by this podcast but am extremely distracted by the UM... every 4-5 word in episodes! I have had to get over a similar habit myself and I know it is difficult but it is essential if you UM.. want to be taken seriously as a UH.. speaker. Keep up the great content but cut out the UM!

    Good podcast, poor audio
    I like to learn while I do mindless tasks- like cleaning. There is some good info here but the audio isn’t clear so I have to concentrate while listening and I become less effective at my other tasks. I appreciate the information the hosts are sharing.

    Great info, love the content. However you really need to invest in a better quality microphone! It’s hard to listen to it’s like a fuzzy phone call. Other wise keep it up!

    Wanted to like this podcast because I need the info but it’s boring. The hosts just drones on and on. The sound quality is has a faint echo. It’s a talking head for 15 minutes.

    I really love this podcast! The length is perfect! You get all the information needed but it doesn’t take hours. After listening once I was hooked! I have been working on a healthier me for about a year now...I am down 75 pounds and have 25 more to go! Even with my successes I have a lot to learn and the 20 minute fitness podcast is my favorite! After a rough day at the gym I can listen to the podcast on my cool down!
