Patelsp71Relatable and insightful!I’ve enjoyed so many of Dr Chatterjee’s podcast episodes! His topics and discussions with the incredible guests are always so relatable and insightful. I love how Dr Chatterjee plays devil’s advocate with the guests, providing empathy to the listeners. And I do try to think of at least one thing I can take away and apply to my life. I’m addicted to this podcast! Thank you so much Dr Chatterjee! 🙏🏼

RKK624Great listen. So informative and inspiringThis podcast is one of the most informative shows I’ve encountered. I’ve resonated with so many of the guests and Dr. Chatterjee does a great job with his interviewing and making sure terms and information are understood by every person listening whether educated in the topics or learning about them for the first time. I’ve recommended this podcast to all of my family and have shared it on social media in hopes that others will follow and listen. Thank you for creating this channel! A forever listener.

HH 1Life Changing InformationDr. Chatterjee is what we all wish our own doctor could be. His input and the guests he has is a game changer for living a better life!
-
Van derideGood but long windedIt’s a pretty good show and I like some of the guests but it can be very very long winded. I feel that episodes could easily be half the length or shorter and still cover everything
-
Weare your friendsExceptional contentExceptional content. Such motivating and growth focused episodes. Every guest has such wisdom who share and Dr Chatterjee is an incredible host and narrator.
-
m&.kWords of wisdom!!Thank you for your direct and approachable podcast. Enjoy listening to it.
-
Jennifer/Generally great showPlease don’t include Andrew Huberman. I love your old British tv show and respect you. I can’t respect someone (AH) who lied so much in his personal life.

Stillers 1234Another health scammer.I was listening to the show about ultra processed food. It was good and I was into it, until the commercial for AG1 came on. Really? You have a discussion about eating real foods, then you come on and push a green processed powder on your listeners? Yet another scam artist posing as a health guru.

MuggsyDogBite Size Wisdom with Dr Gabor MateDr Chatterjee’s Bite Size episode with Dr Gabor Mate was a beautiful piece of wisdom gleaned from a life well lived and reflected upon. It reminded me of the talks I had with my dad as he grew older. My dad emphasized more and more the need to play instead of working, working, working. He said that one needed enough money to be comfortable and not much more. I felt that same wisdom in listening to Dr Mate.

Pup4LifeFabulous host, guests and formatI started this on show 1 season 1 and have been listening to it non stop. Interesting stuff even if not directly applicable like if I already know something. It reinforces things I’ve learned before but offers some great insights from passionate professionals that are leaders in their industries. I am from the US and love the Brits podcasts.

Jvande01Life ChangingYour episode with Dr. Joe Dispenza literally changed my life!! Thank you so much!!

Cagu16outstanding personal growth podcastOne of my pastimes while taking my daily walk is to listen to an encouraging podcast. Dr Rangan is one of the top podcasts on my list. He recently talked about how not to take offense and gave 8 questions to ask yourself. For the past couple of days I have been referring to those questions whenever I feel irritated with someone. It has given me so much peace and by not taking offense, it has cleared up tension in my body and mind, and opened up the possibility for deeper relationships with others. He is a gifted teacher! Highly recommend!!

I love the direction your podcast is going in, which is authentic to you and enriching for us all. My husband and I look forward to your live show in March and we wish your family a wonderful festive season.

Serenity RisingA Gift For The SoulThe podcast with Anita Moorjani resonated with me to my very soul. It will change my life. It’s a brilliantly clear message to follow my intuition and live the life I know my soul longs to live.

evi.nycLooking for thoughtful discussion on health issues? Look no further!Dr Rangon Chatterjee puts such thought and care into each episode. I’ve learned so much about health, the mind body connection and information I can apply to my own life. Just love this show!!

ciodzWisdomDr. Rangan Not long ago you had a wonderful conversation with Dr. Gladys McGarey Which I saved. RIP Dr. Gladys

Trg342Host is arrogant and self-absorbedThe information from guests is usually great, but for the love of God, can Rangan LET the GUESTS….talk!??! We get it, you’re sooo smart, though your desire to prove and show how freaking smart you are and how much you relate to the topic, ends up making you sound so dumb. Every single guest and topic, he interrupts, including the latest episode with Peter O’Sullivan, and has some irrelevant story (relevant to him) about how the totally knows what they mean. “Look at this example in my perfect life” *eye roll*. The frequent interruptions, with his loonnng dramaaaatic pauses for emphasis, are what keep me from finishing most episodes unless I really like the guest. Its a shame, if you’re going to be a guest-oriented podcast….let THEM talk.

SdkjfnsdkvjsndExcellent podcast with exception of Episode #464 Dr. EdeExcellent podcast. Thank you so much Dr. Chatterjee. So disappointed in Dr. Ede. Information and assertions she made regarding legumes concerning.

jkepple79Informative, Approachable, Caring and InspiringI found Dr. Chatterjee’s podcast a couple of years ago and it quickly became one of my favorites. I love hearing the perspective of a caring medical doctor who has seen the limitations of the western medical field and explores broader topics of mind, body and spirit as an approach to health and wellness. He researches each guest with such time and care which allows him to dive deeply into their area of expertise in a way that anyone listening can understand. His interviews flow more like conversations and his approach is personal, inquisitive, inspirational and non-judgmental. I have learned SO much from Dr. Chatterjee over the years and truly look forward to each episode. Don’t let the length scare you- it’s very easy to listen to, even if you only have a 10 minutes at a time.

Sunny.DazeKeto to glucose. Dr. Thomas Seyfried but losing weight I needDear Dr. Chatterjee, it was your podcast / YouTube that I discovered Dr. Thomas Seyfried phd. I got diagnosed with IIIc lung cancer. Non small… I am a IIIc bc it moved to the lymph nodes in my Clavicle and starting up my neck. My MRI brain scan is clear. My Pet scanner showed clear liver no other tumers. But I am a naturally small woman and so when I tried keto , no glucose to try and get keto 1 - >2 glucose I lost weight which is not good. The doctors are concerned about my weight loss from 108 to 103. I am also on double chemo. (2 types on same day , 3 sessions and starting my 3rd week of radiation. My question is how does someone like me starve the cancer when they doctors say if I continue to lose weight considering feeling tube. I eat a lot just trying to gain weight I had to stop the keto due to weight loss. What does someone like me do in this situation? Have tried to find a way to contact and ask Dr. Seyfried but been unable to. Oh and also wanted the gki kit but boyfriend ordered blow one I thought blood one more accurate so could 1-<2. My blow was 25. And he said u r in keto but like I said I have had to revise to gain weight. Suggestions? Greatly appreciate you both 💕

65hcR Sharma’s examplesI love this podcast but I had to stop listening to the Sharma interview when he used Steve Jobs and the Taj Mahal as examples of lives well lived. Jobs was a complicated and successful man but hard to buy as a role model for a life well lived. And the Taj Mahal was not built through effort, but domination, cruelty and obsession. I think some of guests need to be challenged more

MamaSan666GoodGood info.

MA travelingForgiveness worked!I was really, genuinely helped by the episode on forgiveness with Fred Luskin. It helped me to finally forgive someone I’ve been trying to forgive (unsuccessfully) for a few years. Thanks!

LercycakesA Must Listen, For Sure!Bravo Dr. Chatterjee! Finally a healthcare professional who is interested in the patient as a whole, more than just symptoms and medicine. Your guests bring such life to this show, presenting information and ideas that the public NEEDS to hear. I’m a busy mom, but I’ve been binge listening every moment I get. I feel empowered and hopeful that I have a healthy future ahead of me, and my family as well. Keep doing what you’re doing. The world needs more doctors like you!

Joyful DocHow Smartphones Are Rewiring our BrainsExcellent, informative discussion. We need to protect our children and ourselves from the social media addiction and the interruptions of notifications.

Ohio VickEpisode 448Episode 448 really spoke to me. I identified with it along with explaining the hurt some folks I know carry around. AidenReedsTo anyone who cares about themselvesThis podcast taught me : 1. Everyday a miracle happens to you, appreciate it. 2. Life doesn’t owe you anything, don’t take it for granted and be grateful. 3. You don’t need to be born in/ have/ make a lot of money to be the best version of yourself. 4. Love yourself, be kind to everything and everyone. Constantly spread the positive vibes for they will return to you in various ways. 5. Peace matters above all. 6. Sponsor reads can be amazing! 7. Spend at least 10 minutes a day for your mindfulness, you won’t be the same person anymore. 8. Respect everything, even when you don’t feel it, and specially when you don’t understand it. 9. You matter more than you think you do.

AMC1007A Favorite! This podcast instantly became one of my most listened to each week. Rangan presents his content in a realistic and attainable way. His guests are interesting and informative. I walk away from every episode feeling inspired and I'm able to apply what I have learned to my daily life. If you want to learn, improve your life, and be inspired, listen now!! Keep up the amazing word Rangan!

Yoipod4yBBWhat they said + bios of guests + ads musicI echo what past receivers said so I’ll add 2 more things. I appreciate how the host introduces a well crafted bio of each guest so we understand: their studies and certifications, their work, experience and expertise and their mission. Second, I also appreciate the music intermission that signals ads are coming. Other wellness podcasts do not announce the break time for ads and since the products announced are related things get muddy. I appreciate this production choices that signal transparency.

Euphoric TeamI’m speechless. 🤯This is such a wonderful podcast. Dr. Chatterjee is a brilliant interviewer. The episodes are relatable, engaging, and useful. Apply the wisdom in his episodes and it will change your life. I’m sure of it! Thanks for the top-tier content. I can’t get enough and tell all my friends about your show.
-
nvmckEasyI like his voice, his topics and especially how thorough he is. I have struggled with depression and anxiety for over 35 years and he has brought lightening viewpoints to me. I am very appreciative!
-
Stevieo3Practical, sensible adviceThe series is excellent, whether you jump around to topics of interest or follow sequentially. What I like best is the advice is compassionate and realistic, unlike some of the draconian advice from others. Give it a go 😉
-
Janet.knitterExcellent Journaling PodcastI’ve listened to many Feel Better Live More podcasts over the years. This is one of the best. Plan to expand my current journaling practice to include the questions discussed in this podcast. Highly recommend!

TbangazPutting it to the testI’ve been incorporating a lot of the information I get from this podcast into my life, and my health has significantly improved. I have more energy, I sleep better, and I’ve become stronger. I found this podcast through you tube while I was looking for advice on how to improve my health, and this is one of the best. Life saving information.

smrcooperAmazing podcast!Being able to really just sit in on a chat with people, and have a bit of an explore, is really pleasant and rewarding.
-
ZigzagPath🙌Rangan, stop saying “this is my podcast..”. We all know that it’s YOUR podcast. And stop addressing everybody in your greeting, “hi guys, how are you doing?” Just mention the name of the pod. Say what’s it’s about and if you want to sound friendly talk to a single person. That’s podcasting 101. And stop repeating your stories. For a regular listener is a turn off. Also, while you took a break from social media, your platforms kept posting content. How ironic!
-
jslhelloGood podcast but either too short or too longBite size podcast are too short at only 15mins but his regular podcast are too long at 2hrs ling. Podcast ideally should be 40min-1hr not too long. No one has time to listen to 2hr podcast-too much wasted time
-
Helpful/hopefulGreat and straight forward informationI enjoy the compassionate, yet straight forward approach of this podcast. It feels as though the ideas and information are useful and reasonable for us “regular” people. I have learned a lot about health and wellness, but the podcast also brings a smile to my face because of its positive tone and hopeful messages. Thanks for the work you do!
-

Findingdonna1959Gelong interviewHello. First of all, I want to thank you and your wife for all the effort that goes into the show. It is absolutely first rate so thank you. I did have a few insights about the interview with Gelong. I question his obsession with the silent retreats. Since we are communal creatures - placing oneself in an environment that is not in alignment with our true nature would seem to logically cause us to suffer. It seemed to be his result for years - years that he can never get back. He seemed to do well the first year with community. Yet, he seemed to feel that people were a distraction versus a support. It almost felt like he was punishing himself. Just my insight. I also felt that his statement about parents understand unconditional love was a bit insensitive and incorrect as a blanket statement. I have parents as I know many others that have no idea what unconditional love is. In an ideal world - his statement would be true but unfortunately broken people bring brokenness to others even parents to children. Thank you again for the podcast.

whitestonebridgeFantastic teacher!I’ve learned so much from Dr. Chatterjee. I trust him and he’s made a positive impact on my life even though we’ll probably never meet. He keeps and open mind. He seems so genuine and truly compassionate. It’s refreshing to see an MD who wants to keep learning and is open to more holistic ideas.
