The show is great. The voices are great. The stories are great. The problem is you don’t know whether you’re getting an episode every other month or once every five months X-Men fans absolutely love this podcast so it’s just a shame that it isn’t given the love and care that it deserves. Some consistency would be nice.

Great podcast love the narrator sounds like Xavier probably is too update this pod cast is great I’m on season 3 ep:4 great show I was on season one when I wrote, but one question how come the episodes take so long to make I know I’m not on the last season it took like five months for the the latest and second latest episodes to come out

I don’t often take a minute to write reviews, but this is an awesome labor of love. I worked through the entire first season over my long weekend drive. I honestly didn’t even realize it wasn’t official (which is a good thing, they’re allowed more freedom that way. Unofficial doesn’t mean not faithful) until I was halfway through the first season. Excellent voice work and storytelling! Faithful while putting their own twist on things. Anyone hurting for some terrific X-Men storytelling while waiting for the second season of ‘97 should give this a try. One episode in and you’ll be hooked!

I love the entire premise of the X-Men being greater together than individually! And I love the enjoyment I’ve had from these stories!

I discovered these gems about a year ago. Utterly fantastic and immersive. Some of the V.O can be a bit corny, but not enough to detract. If anything it add to the mystique.. haha, get it?

At this point I listen to everything and anything Mr. Dutton puts out. Anyone not listening is missing out!

The writing is great and the casting is good, but the theme song is the most nostalgic part of this. It really sounds like the 90’s theme song.

Especially with the 90’s cartoon theme song just hits right. The writing is great and voice actors as well you can really see the passion

Got into audio dramas with the Marvel king night wolverine stuff, then Marvels wastelanders and they were all great. But they had full marvel backing. What this man put together is phenomenal and the voice actors are fantastic, the score is brilliant and hits all the notes of the comics, action, entertainment, and a perfect amount of corniness that could be found in the original comic run. Would love them to never stop.

The professor is super thirsty for ppl to be on his team. I was really binging it until professor X recruited Storm, TO ME it came off as if he thought his team was more important than who she was already helping and I couldn’t get past it.

This is some solid work. Pretty decent quality for a fan made project. The writing is passable, although pretty basic and childish at times. All that could be passable, if it weren’t for some of the terrible voice work. Most of the voice actors are pretty solid actually, but a few are downright awful. The moment some of them talk, it kills the illusion of listening to heroes speak.

These are surprisingly good. Started off with Days of Future Past, chef’s kiss

I am a big fan of audiobooks and comic books. This is a perfect marriage between the two. Great sound effects, acting, and writing. Really enjoying this!

This is great!! The voice actors are top notch. I enjoy how the narration is done as well. WOW!! JUST WOW!!!!

I read most of these stories several times since the 80’s when I first started collecting X-Men - great performances, and I thought the way they streamlined multiple issues into one or two podcasts was great. Good choice of voices for the most part, and the way they explain action and environment makes it easy to visualize what’s going on. All-in-all an excellent podcast. I’m all caught up, and it was an enjoyable ride!

came here after listening to marvel wastelander. i thought season 1 was great! just started season 2.

It’s just like watching the old cartoon. The voice acting is voice top notch and the accuracy and attention to detail combine to make an extremely authentic experience.

I found this podcast after the break was over, so I got to experience the wonders created by these awesome actors without the sadness of thinking it’ll just never come back. So so glad the creator decided to come back, and totally understand how much pressure can build up in the expectations of a fan base. Very talented crew!

This has really rekindled my love for X-men. I love that they use the theme song from the animated 90s show. Hoping they continue to do more X-men and maybe even other Marvel related audio dramas.

I love this audio drama. It has the feel of X-Men from the comics, and the 90’s animated series. They perform some of the most iconic storylines. Unlike the movies they did Dark Phoenix justice. Great job to all those involved.

Bro, incredible! Wow! Like, wow! Seriously! Thank you! Thank you so much. Excellent adaptation. Excellent score (may God give rest to Declan Gillgallon’s soul, so sad). Excellent actors. Excellent actors mostly. Detected only one brief moment where the acting was flat by one of the supporting actors, I think. Again, only briefly. The Primaries/actors, all fantastic. Especially Jeannie McGinnis—she’s a real sweetheart portraying Kitty, nailed it. The one who portrayed Jean Grey/Phoenix, super fantastic job! The same for the gentleman who played Hank—the original actor. The other actor who took over for the original one, is good as well, but I had already bonded the original actor for Hank’s/Beast’s character. And the second actor wasn’t extremely disruptive. It just wasn’t the same as the former. The story was all engaging. I could “see” everything, even though this is an audio drama. Karl, bro, because I could see the audio as a movie in my mind, that made it engaging. Karl, great direction, bro. Appreciate yours’ and the cast’s work. Thank you, again.
