MegzPod5 stars just for the format!I love the way these episodes end gently and gradually, with the music continuing for a bit after the meditation is over. Every other meditation podcast seems to end so abruptly once the host stops speaking. This is the only one that gives you a few moments to gradually come back from your zen zone! I also love that all the ads are at the beginning and there is no self-promotion tacked on at the end to pull you out of your peaceful moment. Thank you! Namaste

Foodie7984Calming but choppyYour voice, music, and descriptions are very calming! But chopping your sentences into 2-3 syllables at a time takes away from the flow and makes it feel choppy. Iβd suggest saying whole sentences without breaking it up so much. Thanks for considering!
