    5 stars just for the format!
    I love the way these episodes end gently and gradually, with the music continuing for a bit after the meditation is over. Every other meditation podcast seems to end so abruptly once the host stops speaking. This is the only one that gives you a few moments to gradually come back from your zen zone! I also love that all the ads are at the beginning and there is no self-promotion tacked on at the end to pull you out of your peaceful moment. Thank you! Namaste

    Just skip the adds
    Premium is an outrageous price, especially when you can easily skip over the adds. But over-all The host is super endearing and her voice is very soothing. This helped me a lot thank you <3

    I listen to a few of your meditations every morning before I start my day… Instead of watching TV or listening to a book. It helps me get ready for my day thank you.

    The sample is terrible and the music is like children’s tv. Wish I could give negative stars.

    Calming but choppy
    Your voice, music, and descriptions are very calming! But chopping your sentences into 2-3 syllables at a time takes away from the flow and makes it feel choppy. I’d suggest saying whole sentences without breaking it up so much. Thanks for considering!

    Amazing guided meditation
    This podcast has become a daily routine to start my day and sometimes end it. The podcasters voice is really soothing and I enjoy most of the musicβ€” a few of the fast paced music makes me anxious but I just skip those.
