I love the banter! I listen at work and find myself literally laughing out loud.

I like post show recaps and this one is no exception…but the Ally impersonation is more grating and more cringeworthy than Ally herself. Thank you.

I thoroughly enjoyed Josh, Jess & Grace’s dynamic during their recaps of season 1. I miss the 3 of them doing the recaps together, although I do at least enjoy Jess & Grace. The rest of it, I could live without. And I apologize but whoever the guest host was that poo-pooed on the line up 90’s music for the one episode after Jess said she loved it, I hope I never have to hear that person’s voice again (seriously tho how dare you).

I think Nat saw Lottie on the plane when she was dying cause Lottie is a shaman. One of the roles of a shaman is to help souls transition into the after life

Great podcast, I love the passion and research the host put into it. My only complaint is Jess’ constant interruptions. I know you love the show Jess and you get excited but please give Marissa time to finish her point!

The in-depth discussion of Yellowjackets on this podcast is great. You can tell the hosts really enjoy the joy and are excited to talk about it. All well and good. BUT, they say the world “Like” about every other word and once you realize it, you can’t unheard it, and it just drags down the whole show.

The whole conversation about Liv was fascinating! I do genuinely believe that there is an award ceremony that can accommodate every one but it’s not simple. If we have non-binary categories then then we would have to to be fair to JUST acting. So then it would be up to the voters to decide who is worthy. So if limit men to just 5 slots then we aren’t giving everyone a fair chance to be nominated IF they deserved it. Vice versa for woman. Furthermore then that’s just means that the other 5 categories would be up for grabs between females and non binary. Is that equality?

I do believe Misty was also reading The Magus in season one. I only noted this because I read The Magus in a book club years ago. There is also a copy of The Collector, which makes sense because they are from the same author. Someone could have packed them or they could be in the cabin, because any old cabin I have been yet seems to always have a shelf of books, etc and they are from the 60s, could be the 70s, so it could date when Cabin Daddy was there. Or when the mining was? Either way, the both books have dark psychological themes which might add to the Yellowjacket madness. Plus, I found out Yellowjackets don’t produce honey but fight honeybees and take over their hives. Food for thought.

Dream team of the PSR hosts, only way to improve would be to add Ariel.

Went out of my way to leave a 5 star review because first of all I love the show and I love the discussion here a lot. They have a lot of similar theories as I do but also add things I haven’t thought about. Second of all this 5 star review is especially because I just started watching Succession last week and I just started season 2 yesterday and they started to talk about Succession for a second but did not name or give any details about what they were talking about…I am so thankful for that because nothing enrages me more than being on Reddit or Twitter talking about one show and then another show I’m watching or plan to watch being spoiled. I binged the whole show recently, and now I’m binging this podcast. Josh especially is intelligent and thoughtful in his analysis. There is a lot going on in this show, and this podcast gets into all of it.

I could listen to Josh and Grace talk about almost anything but Jess’s voice affect and her ‘ummmm’ crutch is making it a tough listen. The content is entertaining and informative so I’ll continue to listen but I hope that season 2 brings a different seat 3 host or make it a Josh/Grace duo.

I had heard about Yellowjackets and decided to listen to the first episode of this podcast to get a sense of the show. The podcast episode was compelling as they found a way to recap the Pilot episode of a dark and sometimes brutal show with levity. So I watched the first episode and found it so gripping I binged the entire season I have now gone back and listened to each episode of this podcast, and have thoroughly enjoyed the levity they bring, while still being able to recap and critique the show. In fact I have listened to their other podcasts and they are not “fan boys” they bring excellent questions to the discussion and point out what they do and do not like. The world is dark, this show is dark and so I appreciate the humor. I like finding myself laughing as I drive into work As I noted I have listened to a number of their other podcast recaps and each is every unique with regards to tenor, depending on the hosts and the shows subject matter

This is a great informative podcast, hosts have a lot of chemistry, but I could do without the repeated jokes every single episode. Rabbits! Licky boom boom down! Etc etc. it was funny the first time and definitely wasn’t the 7th time

These three have really warmed up to the show and are hysterical, make me laugh as they cover the weirdness of these episodes. Very enjoyable!

I love the synergy between Josh, Jessica and Grace. I was referred to Yellowjackets from another Post Show Recap podcast. I knew the premise of the show and decided to check it out last night. After watching the ep. 1 & 2 I realized my creepy radar was through the roof; so I decided to cherry pick through the season and watch ep. 5 & 6 then skip to ep.10. But that didn’t happen cause after the sixth episode I continued all the way to the finale. I will say this, the fast forward button was my friend (lol). Anyways, listening to Jessica’s laughter and Grace’s merds (mixed words..psst…I do this too) I will won’t have to sleep with the lights on tonight.

Unexpectedly these three get me. New favorite pod - keep it up but don’t interrupt Jessica anymore okay baby damnnnn

You all do a phenomenal job recapping each episode and paying attention to all of the subliminal details! I watched the entire season a few weeks ago and I am thoroughly enjoying listening to your podcast as I can visualize everything you’re talking about!! Thank you for all of your work and effort! Just a heads up-one of the guys on this show is way more soft spoken than the other guy and he’s super quiet but the rest of you are very loud. I’m only pointing this out because when I wear my AirPods it’s really hard to hear this one guy (I’m sorry I can’t remember your name) but the other guy and women are super loud. Again, thank you!

The amount of times I burst into laughter listening to this trio puts this podcast at the top of my current favorites list. Excellent breakdown of the show, even better banter, and regular references to the song “Informer” by the incomparable artist Snow. Hiiiighly recommend.

I chose this particular podcast because I’m listening to euphoria and Grace mentioned doing this one as well. I like the content, but Josh really needs to stick to the episode, I find myself fast forwarding because he is so distracting. Otherwise great job!

Josh, love ya but you’re constantly interrupting Grace with unfunny bits (cats are the superior species?) and breaking her narrative. Jumping in when there’s a good reason to is one thing, but you won’t let this poor girl talk. Overall love you guys!

Such a great companion podcast to the show. I enjoyed these three alternating on the Dexter: New Blood podcast, and hearing the three of them together sharing the experience of this insane show was the best next chapter I could hope for. This podcast is great!! Thorough coverage, discussion of show, along with a healthy dose of humor! Also a fan of several other PSR pods- Down the Hatch, Wheel of Time & Succession. The hosts have good banter and their conversations flow well. Look forward to each new ep! Fingers crossed for a rewatch podcast after season ends.
