Great podcast so fun even know I am a kid it and it is kind of hard to understand a lot of the stuff. But it is just so good is a good amount of information. I am so excited for the Nintendo Switch 2!

Tired of the whining. 17 minutes into the latest episode still taking about Giant Bomb and Game Informer ? I listen to video game podcasts to avoid this stuff. I’m done with this one.

I love this show, Nintendo, and Brian’s ideas. He always has fun ways to make each episode exciting. This is my main source of video game news industry wide. Great podcast that makes me feel a connection to the games industry and art form.

Just listened to the podcast with the great news that Game Informer is back! I was so sad to see it leave as a longtime fan. But am happy to hear that it’s back. Hopefully that means the GI show will make same new debut!! But anyway, love and appreciate what you guys for us!!

Brian does an awesome job curating weekly podcasts that dive into the latest updates of Nintendo games, hardware and the developers. Brian is joined each week by a revolving variety of co-hosts from all over the gaming industry to help analyze and give their takes on the latest and greatest. This podcast is my go to when I’m in public settings as All Things Nintendo is appropriate for all ages and all environments. Anyone who is a fan must listen to this podcast.

I have been a subscriber to Game Informer magazine for over 20 years, and I have come to respect and appreciate the journalistic integrity and honest opinions of its staff. Brian Shea is one of those gaming gurus I have found to align my video gaming tastes with, especially a love for the Big N. All Things Nintendo is the ultimate podcast and trusted source in a fun, host-filled show of the latest news, reviews, previews, and more about my favorite console maker. I look forward to every new episode each week!

This is one of the all-time great podcasts to ever exist. Brian is amazing. Now that it’s being produced independently, one can only hope that it will get better and better. If you love Nintendo and video games in general, give this one a chance.

I’ve been listening to this show for over a year and I’m so happy Brian is taking it upon himself to continue it. He has extensive and deep knowledge of Nintendo history and its library and I love his takes on games. Something I would love more of is interviews with people in the industry. His interviews with Tee Lopes and Reggie Fils-Aimé were excellent and insightful. Definitely would love to see more stuff where he gets insider perspectives of people in different aspects of the industry.

If Brian Shea has 0 fans, I am dead. Cheers to a new direction for a fantastic show! One of the best gaming pods out there!

When I first listened to All Things Nintendo, I was pushing 40 and really feared that gaming was losing it’s importance in my life. The Switch and Brian’s incredible podcast made me fall in love with gaming again with a sole focus on Nintendo. Brian handles each episode with a professionalism and enthusiasm that is contagious and enjoyable. His love for Nintendo is evident, and he handles each topic and segment like a fan without crossing into fanboy territory. I’m an avid podcast listener and this show is easily at the top of my list! Thanks for all the hours of entertainment, Brian, and making an old gamer feel young again!

I found this podcast in 2022 while looking for more Nintendo focused podcasts to help pass the day at work. It quickly became one of my top podcasts and I have listened to most of the episodes. I’m currently working back through older episodes while also keeping up with the new ones. The length of the show is great and there’s a good variety of guests. I like that the show has musical “breaks” as it makes for a good bookmark to pause/play a podcast at work. This show has helped get me through some very long days walking 10+ miles. It makes being at work better. I like the length of the show and it has good production values. The show is very focused on Nintendo but briefly addresses other game companies which is a nice touch. I like hearing about mostly Nintendo but also having some other game news sprinkled into the mix. I just got off work after walking 11.26 miles according to my Apple Watch. I had this podcast on all day. Thank you guys for the great work. Hope to continue hearing more great episodes in 2023 and beyond!

My one critique would be a little too much Pokémon news. You can count on at least 20-30 minutes of Pokémon per episode. I don’t really care too much for Pokémon so it’s kinda a lot to handle. Maybe make another weekly Pokémon Podcast.

Ever since the incident where Game Informer fired employees, the show has seemed off. The last few episodes feel rushed and Brian seems jaded with the subject. Also, his last guest to discuss Bayonetta…yikes. If they aren’t a switch fan, why have them on the pod?

The Podcast was strong and I am not sure what has happened. Maybe it is the lack of new Nintendo News in this instant news world we live in where things are announced before the PodCast can have time to record something about it. The one thing I can not understand is why Brain always seems to bring on guests to the show who are leaving IGN. I would have loved to hear from people who are not leaving a company all the time and about how some of them seem to give a vib of they never really played that much Nintendo but are being forced into doing an interview for this Podcast. I know people are going to read this and hate everything I have put out here. But it seems that there is not really an objective to this PodCast. Brain I think needs to take a break and regroup his thoughts and maybe his passion of the PodCast will shine back through. For now I am going to avoid this PodCast as it seems to have lost it's way. (If the PodCast is called All Things Nintendo please refrain from talking about other game systems and games on those systems. Just Sayin.)

Finally the GI team gives us the Nintendo show we all needed. Brian is a great host and the ideal GI editor to take the listeners on this adventure. He call on an all star list of special guests that will often surprise you. Grab your master sword and earbuds. It’s dangerous to go alone.

Love the passion Brian brings to this Nintendo-centric podcast on a weekly basis. Well worth your time whether you’re a die-hard or casual big N fan.

I listen on Spotify, but wanted to hop over here to leave a review. There are a ton of Nintendo podcasts out there and often, they focus more on personalities/running gags than actual detail-oriented coverage of the topic. All Things Nintendo from Gameinformer is the latter. Brian Shea brings a well-informed personality with tons of history covering and being a passionate fan of Nintendo I.P. A rotating pool of guests brings a fresh perspective each week. Topics are well-varied and the show has a consistent structure for news and community elements. All in all, this is a great Nintendo podcast to add to your rotation. I’d also recommend G.I.’s other podcasts. Great job Shea and crew. Keep it up!

Brian has always been one of my favorite personalities on the GI Show. So far this podcast is great. Have been looking for something Nintendo related to listen to that isn’t constant propaganda for their games for awhile. Excited to see this show grow.

The last episode started off like a conversation between Eeyore and Squidward. I thought you were fans of Nintendo, not making an audio replacement for melatonin.

I haven’t been a fan of the changes to the game informer podcast since Ben Hansen left, so I didn’t have a ton of hope for this new show, but it has been really great so far! Keep up the great work!
