jes🥰AnnoyingThis guy is extremely ignorant to how unorganized and sporadic he is. He has no respect for his listeners. Going off in tangents and speaking out loud his stupid side thoughts that have nothing to do with the topic. A lot of rambling.
-
briankrouseBrilliant! And hilariousDo yourself a favor, and listen to Martin and not that other gimp you’re listening to now
-
MirachicaDon’t record while on the stair master!I love your podcasts and have listened to all of them. However, this last one that you recorded while on the stair master and obviously out of breath with poor recording quality, it was so stressful to listen to you. Normally, your voice is soothing and I can listen to your content. I was stressed out this Monday morning with my son losing his homework and having to get to school, conflicts with my autistic and adhd extended family, and I had a touch too much caffeine and then listening to you, aggghhh.

Jen in the DesertFactual Nutrition InfoI found Martin as I was about to abandon gluten & dairy after dealing with PCOS for years. Serendipity. He uses real data and debunks the trends and myths that are so pervasive in our world today. While I enjoy his podcasts, his social media is fantastic - and has elements of fun in the often heavy world.
-
lisateichGreat PodcastEasy to listen to and great information. I loved the “rant” podcast as much as the others, if not more! Looking forward to more rants lol
-
MichaelaBFI’d rate it higher then a 5 if I could!Martin and this podcast is just too good. So good I listen to several episodes a day, while cooking and running errands. Heard about Martin after hearing his incredible episode in the Jordan Syatt podcast and have been hooked on his information in podcasts and instagram ever since. I have learned so much from him and the way he presents the information is unmatched. Especially enjoy his references to people as “Gimps” sprinkled in amongst the incredibly intelligent facts - bloody brilliant 😂

HgulzowGains 10%With the plea to leave a review, I leave my first review ever. I listen to these podcasts on my way 1.5hour drive to work. The knowledge that Martin obtains is incomparable. He has a way of taking highly scientific information then simplifies that information so that the dumbest of dumb people can learn for from. 🙋🏼♀️. He’s a clever guy. Now, weather I retain that information is up to my new mom brain. Although all of the information will not soak in, I have a better understanding of the lesson at hand, holding onto 10%. Thank you Martin and team for creating these podcasts as I am a fitness and nutritional enthusiasts.
-
KSchaverCreatineLoving your creatine episodes. Full of great advice.
-
KellieAusTXGreat information! The aggressive dieting makes so much since to me, get in, get out, and spend more time at maintenance weight/cal. Thank you for the information, and science of why this works and is a healthy way to loose fat and keep it off.
-
zachyzzSome interesting concepts but hard to listenI find the speaker runs off topic a lot on tangents, even quick minor ones doing mental math out loud throwing out lots of “naught point naught naught…” or spending a long time trying to remember the author’s name on a a paper. I found it hard to focus given all the distractions
-
Elle7ncListen in, life philosophers!Give this podcast a listen. It’s nice to hear Martin speak on his life’s meaning, mistakes and successes and all that he’s learned. He’s a great speaker and has meaningful things to say.
-
Jazzy7311Thanks!Very good show, I appreciate these topics.

GusSouzaNYCUnprecedented and Incredible InformationUntil you get used to Martin’s style you might be a little off-put by the tangents and how distracting and it can be. Keep hanging on because once you get a feel for the conversational entertaining style you’ll actually come to love it and feel like that his relatability is part of what attracts you to his podcast. The amount of information you get is incredible. No gimmicks of the fitness word, straight to the point and with scientific backing without being boring. Martin doesn’t give you information to be a fitness influencer without a life that can eat all sorts of weird fad diets he teaches you how to eat for life, like a normal person that does not live for fitness but understand the importance to bring fitness into their life in a balanced way. I have personally come to understand how the whole “monster” of “aggressive diet” is just an obsession from “experts” that want to sell you programs. You don’t need to fear anything: diets, foods, social occasions or moments you go through life. Everything can be in balance in a healthy life, it’s not about all or nothing. Martin, please keep giving you us your drops of knowledge to improve our relationship with health and food daily and sustainably.
-
anhlillyA lot of sound “out of the box” fitness information sharedHe’s awesome! So funny and real and honest and compassionate. Feels like he really “gets” the struggles people have with weight loss and gives a lot of wonderful insight so you can get the most bang for your time, energy, money and sanity (well being) when attempting to lose weight or even if you have other fitness goals. Look no further - seems like he’s spent an enormous time learning all he can on fitness and nutrition and it’s very generous of him to pour it out all here. We don’t have to keep going in “circles” which sometimes happens in the fat loss/binge/repeat cycle that one can fall it o easily.
-
sydneytolletthigh quality info AND thought provokingIt took me a bit to get used to this podcast style as I’m used to people just spitting out tons of info to fit it all into an episode. If you take the time to listen and think about what he says for yourself, I think it will make you not only see better results for yourself and clients, but also become a deeper thinker which we need more of today! These are such a nice and relaxed break from the constant shoving info down your throat yet I get SO much from them!
-
FLlibrarygirlGreat PodcastThis is one of my favorite podcasts. I love the conversational style and the amount of information given is amazing. It is the perfect length to listen to while I am walking. Keep up the great work!
-

MoodymclivSuper M saves the fitness industryJust when you feel even more confused by diet and nutrition, Martin comes in saving the day with science based data expressed thru a compassionate and real life point of view. I look forward to this podcast every week!

Jill CurrierThe only nutritionist you need to listen toI’ve been following Martin MacDonald for a few years on Instagram. I enrolled in his Mac Nutrition University and am an active member of his Mentoring Lab. This podcast is your FREE opportunity to learn from the best guy in the industry. It’s like talking to a close friend who just happens to be a genius on nutrition and other life factors. Martin is funny, doesn’t take himself too seriously, and wants to make good nutrition behaviors understandable, enjoyable, and attainable to the masses. Enjoy a few laughs while also learning about a topic. Follow him on social media to get this same kind of banter every single day, in addition to listening to each podcast!
-
mattbeuksPleasurableI have gotten so excited for this podcast. like >EXCITED. I have THRUST myself right into the thick of this podcast. I found myself enjoying myself at the gym, enjoying myself in the car, and no matter where I did it, I finished filled with pleasure. Not the first time Martin has taken care of this MNU grad.
-
Football_lover333Love it!Super freshening and informative. I love how Martin is so knowledgeable but explains things well enough for average, non-experts to understand. Would definitely recommend this to anyone interested in nutrition and the topics surrounding it!
-

KaylaH28Great Podcast! If you’re not familiar with Martin MacDonald I encourage you to find him on Instagram @martinnutrtion. The information he so generously shares for free regarding all different aspects of nutrition is amazing. -
Abehncke1Love it!I’ve been following Martin on Instagram for a year or so. I was really glad to see that he was starting a podcast that is similar to his Instagram feed. Amazing nutrition advice, but also a heavy dose of “slice of life.” He’s funny, intelligent and engaging. Definitely worth a listen!
-
Yadi AcevesWonderful podcast! So happy he is taking time from his busy life to share his knowledge! First two episodes had me locked in listening. Specially the episode about children nutrition. My perfect new morning walk companion!

-
George GarlandThe Podcast to rule all other PodcastTo say Martin has a way with words is a understatement. Martin has been a leader in Evidence-based nutrition for many years. He’s the founder of MNU, an evidence-based nutrition program that has taken the world by storm. He’s spent years researching and educating others. Now he’s outdone himself once more and created one of the best Podcast I’ve listened to. If you’re wanting factual advice with nutrition, life, and business I couldn’t recommend his Podcast enough. The man is literally giving away advice that will change your life for the better. As a career changer and nutrition student, I’m beyond great full for this Podcast.
-
NatiMfRefreshing and InformativeIs there anything Martin is NOT confident in?? He’s got smarts, wisdom, humor, kindness, honesty and the science to back up EVERYTHING! His over the top confidence can easily be mistaken for cockiness but the truth is he just so incredibly self aware and he knows what he knows which actually makes him soo refreshing to listen to and learn from. Plus, his immense desire to help and teach others is so evident... such a great communicator!!! Thank you Martin
-
absjogreCan’t wait!I’m super excited for this podcast. I’ve been following Martin on Instagram for years and have learned so much. He is knowledgeable, down to earth, and quite funny. Can’t wait for more episodes!
