    So much time and energy can be wasted while training for a big climb. This podcast can really help direct your physical/mental preparations for your big climb and for your longevity as a mountaineer. Strongly recommend!

    This podcast seems direct and to the point in good Australian style. I am highly looking forward to it, having just finished a somewhat aimless, parallel triathlon and mountaineering training program with a summit completion and half Ironman completion within a month.

    Climbing mountains has been a dream of mine for YEARS! I don’t know where to start. I’m 30... I feel too old to get started... but I’m finally making that leap. This podcast is great for beginners and I appreciate that the host doesn’t just assume everyone is a mountaineering expert!
