jstev171#141Dan: I really appreciated your personal comments and examples throughout this episode. We all need to hear these things and have probably all experienced similar scenarios or thoughts. Your candid sharing is very personable and I feel like we are having a one on one deep conversation. Thank you for being honest and expressing yourself in this way with us Jenny

vcarinaHuman, engaging, super smartThe nutrition space has gotten crowded and a bit oddly formulaic in tone. Not so for our educated chocolatier. No bludgeoning β just a truly interesting discussion that brings the listener along. Thank you!

CreativeLicenseLOVE the βchatβ vs. βinterviewβ style now and then!I really enjoyed listening to the chat that was with Carl Franklinβ¦ Made me feel like I was sitting there with best friends as they discussed life, and what was going on with each of them! I find this to not only be an entertaining podcast, but also very informative and helpful. I would suggest it to everybody.! A top drawer podcas. I live in America and I make it a point to catch EACH and every oni of Danβs podcasts.

Tm3148Dan and Carrie - A Breathe of Fresh AirI have enjoy the shows with Dan and Carrie. Listening to their banter is enjoyable. There is a mutual respect that they both have for each other and it is interesting to hear the βBritsβ discuss topics that although may be on different sides of the pond are relatable to all of us no matter where we live.

Grannie Annie HotchkissHello from Dallas, Texas, USAMy Zero Carb Life, Kelly Hogan, posted a link to your podcast and I enjoyed the jovial and informative conversation between the two of you. Thank you for letting me eavesdrop and I leave with a fresh wave of encouragement and inspiration. Your success is indeed my success. Iβm subscribing and will begin the scroll so I can feel connected to the many others around the world who are forging ahead with this lifestyle, βCows Save The Planetβ(ruminants, that is) whether we choose to eat the meat or not. Thatβs where both ends of the spectrum could meet and agree if the science is right.

LL RLove the conversationsHello, Iβm from Mn USA. I found your podcast after hearing you on another podcast I love. I was laughing so often while listening to that show so when you mentioned your show I immediately subscribed to it and LOVE IT! I really enjoy the conversations you have and find myself laughing, nodding my head in agreement and learning/ being reminded about so many things. Thanks so much! Leah

dammmkYou Make My DayGoodness- thank you. I have thoroughly enjoyed listening to your take on a keto/low carb podcast. It refreshing after seemingly hearing the same-old same-old information and guests on US podcasts. Your jokes have honestly made me burst with laughter (odd looks on the road π ). Thank you again for making days lighter and adding to my perspective of keto. * Your bakes are also goal worthy- just putting that out there people. Best! @ktocavegirl

lindseyb1331Stop promoting losing your period as a health benefitAs someone who follows a moderately low carb lifestyle, I used to enjoy this podcast as a discussion of low carb health benefits such as balanced blood sugar/etc. I was really disappointed to hear episode 028 promoting losing your period/only getting your period once a year as a βhealth benefitβ of keto. Not getting a period can be a sign of major underlying health issues such as PCOS, hypothalamic amenorrhea, or extreme stress and shouldnβt be something to congratulate someone on. Hoping that Dan will promote a better understanding of womenβs health in the future and include pain-free, regular periods as an important part of womenβs health, especially since I do believe a low carb lifestyle can help women improve their cycles.

IrinaShehAwesome!Dan is a natural host and a great storyteller and interviewer. Natural flow of conversation made me feel like I was there in the studio. Thank you for sharing about low carb diet. One of the things I learned was the nutritious benefits of macadamia nuts that are low carb as well. Love this podcast!
