Glamazon799Keeps it real and I look forward to it EVERY WEEK!Thanks you so much Cassandre for your transparency and vulnerability. Have been listening for a while but it was the « not well sis » segment that compelled me to tell you: we are here and we are listening and we see you doing the work. As an introvert who needs to fill her cup before I start my day, I wake up extra early before my family to listen to your podcast in the morning in my solo bath ritual. We appreciate you and yes, do want to listen to shows about supplements and all your ideas. Congrats on your fellowship and looking forward to seeing your next chapter of the podcast!

Ddddannieperspective! The perspective of this show feels like a conversation with my mother's daughter! I am floored every episode by how much I can connect to the guest and Dr. Dunbar. Thank you for creating this space for black women to be seen, heard and validated. I started listening in October and I’m almost caught up on the episodes from the beginning to now😊

Britt London 89This is what I’ve been missingI love listening to Cassandre every week on this podcast. The conversations are so different from what I’m used to hearing in the podcast space and in the best way possible. Now that I’m in my thirties, I have been putting a huge focus on improving my wellness and mental health. This podcast has helped me to do just that. Hearing other Black women discuss struggles they've had when it comes to wellness or just surving this world has shown me that I'm not alone and that there are things I can do to live a better life. I am forever grateful for Cassandre and the effort she puts in to provide such valuable information and resources to her listeners!

Hypatia of AlexandriaGreat podcast. Room for growth.Wonderful relaxing and uplifting podcast. However I am unsubscribing for two reasons; (1) your guests brings their spiritual baggage on the show on it’s seriously weighing me down. It’s great to discuss spirituality, especially outside of the judeocristian realms, however it’s weird (not in a good way) to have guests espousing spiritual belief systems that they themselves have no grasp on. I’m not asking for theologians, just for better followers. If you’re not well informed, then take me on a journey of what it feels like to believe what you do! That is inspiring in or itself. (2) you don’t put out podcasts on a consistent schedule. People in the struggle strive for structure. Sis, we don’t always need a guest. Your dulcet tones, highlighting of entrepreneurs or issues, and weekly trials and beneficent enough. You are enough.

L. BridgesA revelation! An essential listen for all black men! Black women’s voices have been washed out misunderstood far too often for far too long. Be Well Sis provides a platform for amazing and insightful black women to be seen and heard in a way society should but usually fails to facilitate. I’m taking notes in the hope of breaking past cycles and being part of the black wellness solution. I HIGHLY recommend for ALL black men.
