The What the HR? podcast content is both informative and relatable. I love hearing from Mike, Jessie, and the different HR professionals on relevant HR topics. This is also a great podcast for those outside of HR as well giving insight on topics we all interact with in our organizations. This definitely stands well above other HR podcasts and I will keep tuning in!

Most leadership approach that used to work decades ago won’t work in the current set-up we have now so leader who has gone through then and now still has so much to learn - this podcast is one of the best guides in learning to test the waters, and jumping right in approaching leadership and mastering employee engagement. Interesting topics, and the host knows just the right questions to ask to hear the answer we’ve been looking for! Great variety of guests too!

This podcast is an excellent application of content and delivery. Many of us have the best intentions to keep up with trends and best practices in HR. We sign up for webinars, conferences or make a commitment to network more only to fall short because of other priorities. TCSHRM’s What the HR podcast tackles relevant and timely topics impacting the profession and delivers them in a manner that works for today’s busy professional. The hosts are inquisitive and conversational while the guest are engaging and thought provoking. This is an excellent listen whether you listen to 3 at a time or in 15 minute increments. I highly recommend.

If you are in HR, this podcast is a MUST. If not, you'll STILL pick up insight on what goes on "behind the scenes" in business. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
