RASchillizPerfect soundtrack to fitness journeyIn the last couple months I’ve been working with one of Eric’s awesome coaches. This podcast is the perfect pairing with all the other insightful information I receive from my coach. Even if you’re not signing up for the coaching, Eric is very genuine with his knowledge and helpful tools on these podcast. So many people in the industry come off as robots and there’s no promotion of balance. That’s not the reality for most people who don’t want fitness and macros to be 100% of their life and personality. Keep up the great work Eric and special shout-out to Coach Mary! Awesome team of people 💪

Eric’s content is always fresh and extremely informative. I’d have to say my favorite episodes are the ones where he doesn’t hold back and gets a bit fiesty but in a good way—it’s extremely motivating! I also recently signed up for one on one coaching and it’s a wonderful investment in myself. If you’re looking for accountability and someone to be in your corner, you need to get with his coaching team. I’m jealous of anyone who hasn’t listened to his show yet because that means you get to binge listen to it all!
