wvfoodieWorth the time, every time!I’ve started listening in the last six months. I’ve struggled with anxiety and depression foe YEARS. I realized that my internal space/head space was negatively affecting the relationship with my mare. She’s a sensitive soul; a former rescue who lived alone for years. Jane’s insight into how my anxiety could be managed and her tips for balancing my energy have just blown me away. She gets me. I’m not a riding competitor; just an average person wanting to learn techniques to manage my day to day life. Jane, you are a goddess-send!

DancesWifHoovesLife changing!Truly, I believe the best of all wisdom comes from the Bible, but in real life and in trying moment (or season) I’ve often found “head knowledge” to not be enough to keep me where I want to be in terms of my mental game. Listening to these podcasts has given me real-world tools and concepts to think about in those moments to help me get back to right-side-up - both at the barn and everywhere else in life! Jane is amazing and her sweet, kind personality and style of delivery make digesting the life-changing, deep information she shares in this podcast very accessible. Thank you Jane Pike! You are a blessing!!!

mydearestwatsonFantasticWarm, engaging, surprising and relevant material for life, whether working with horses, yourself or relationships elsewhere. You will not walk away empty handed. Far from it, there is so much practical information and thoughtful topics, you’ll find yourself mulling over them through your day and week, and wanting to listen again!

HopeSwAmazingI absolutely love this podcast!!! I’ve always been on the unconfident side of things when it came to riding but after a bad accident with my heart horse in which I broke bones and had a long recovery and then another spill off another horse recently my riding anxiety is at an all time high. It’s been a process trying to come back from it all but this podcast is amazing and so helpful!

moxieandmoreTips, Tools, and Encouragement, oh My!Super glad to have found this podcast. I'm a podcast junky and a rider returning to horses after a 10 yr or so hiatus. So, I was hunting around for a useful podcast for equestrians and this is the one for me! Jane provides lots of helpful tips and tools I can put into practice to create a better relationship with my horse and my riding. Her supporting site and blog are wonderful supplements. I'm so happy I found her! And I've already sent her podcast to two other folks at my barn who are also very complimentary.

Lorali_TNTUp Your Equestrian GameThere is more to being an equestrian than just the physical aspect. Without the right mental attitude, riding can be a chore and down right frightening. As a capable equestrian herself, Jane is a rock star at providing valuable insight, lessons and exercises on how to keep your mind right and overcome any mental obstacle that may arise while riding whether competing or trail riding. I absolutely love her mindful approach and always cone away inspired to take my equestrian pursuits to the next level. She wants nothing more than to see you succeed and enjoy your riding. Check out her blog and membership program as well (JoyRide). Both offer outstanding nuggets of wisdom!

A2M KatThoughtful and hands-on adviceJane Pike has the ability to make NLP and other mental skills tools accessible to everyone. Her way of making you think about a situation from a different angle really helps with problem solving. I highly recommend her confident rider blogs and membership group. But even without, there’s great insight in these podcasts.
