    really good sensible information. But i wish she would stop saying “OK” and “right “ after every sentence . In one episode i counted over 63 times she said “right?”. It makes it hard to listen too at times when she is repeating those words so often. But information wise and coaching is really helpful!

    This podcast is great if you own, manage or simply work at an Aesthetics practice. Much wisdom to be gleaned from these discussions. Admittedly, the speech patterns (Wikipedia would term this “Valleyspeak”) of Heather can be sometimes hard for me to ignore but overall I really enjoy the podcast!
