    Quality content
This is an amazing podcast for anyone living with Hashimoto’s, if you love someone that has Hashimoto’s or just simply want to learn more. Dr. Emily Kiberd discusses the most interesting topics and it’s so obvious this is her passion which is so amazing to see a someone who’s lived with Hashimoto’s for 10 years now. I’m STILL learning! Emily truly knows how we all feel since she herself has Hashi’s (but it’s in remission). I’m so grateful to have found her and all her education/content. She offers SO much free content as well as amazing paid programs depending on what your situation is and where you’re at on this ever evolving journey. Take a listen, you won’t be disappointed!❤️

    Mold & thyroid connection 💥💥💥
The mold episodes and overall connection to thyroid and more blew my mind a little. I’m a RDN, only recently gone functional based, and this was a big missing piece out there. For myself and lots of people I work with. Excited to listen to more episodes and learn more about autoimmune thyroid.

Finally something easy to understand and relate to!
I consider myself lucky because I can just cross the street and be in the hands of wonderful Dr. Kiberd and feel free of pain almost immediately. But those who don’t have that luxury, now get to experience the knowledge and great tips on how correct movement can help you strive. Dr. Kiberd saved me day after day while I was pregnant, and then after my pregnancy, she helped with postpartum recovery, and I can’t thank her enough! If like me, you are in a continuous journey to get better and feel better - this is the place to be!

    Awesome Info
This episode was awesome! Since I started benefitting from and believing in the “voodoo magic” of the breathing exercises prescribed by Dr. Kiberd, I’ve been interested in understanding how it all actually works. This episode with Dr. Dooley was a great start!
