I find it very irritating that you don’t explain what a practice is and then describe it. Instead you circle around it! That’s distracting and it’s hard to stay focused on your content.

I came upon this podcast from a recommendation in a another podcast and I haven’t stopped listening since starting with the pilot episode. Starting my mornings off with truth and a sort of “mini message” has changed my day to day life as I am more filled with the Spirit and learning to think of things that are from above. I love the short, powerful content of this podcast, but I have to admit that I’m so completely distracted by the host’s constant lip-smacking and what appears to be perpetual dry mouth. I realize how petty that sounds but it’s SO distracting it’s hard to focus on the content. Please drink some water or get a new mic or something!!

This podcast is where I heard the term “mind discipleship” for the first time and I immediately loved it! Each episode truly lives up to the name of the show: listeners are given thoughts from above, thoughts from a loving God for His beloved Church. These episodes are the perfect length of time to listen to during my short commute to work :) I am far from a morning person, but listening to James speak such amazing truths definitely helps me to wake up and start the day in a healthy mindset: with thoughts from above! I really hope you keep doing this, James! Or if you really get bored of making podcasts you should write a book on mind discipleship cause I would definitely buy that.
