    So grateful for this podcast.
Jen and her guests bring important conversations around mental health and well-being. Bringing these topics to light are now more important than ever. She made me realize that is ok to have days where you feel down, but more importantly she’s giving me the courage to talk about it and be more open about what I need in order to have a sustainable life at home and at work. Thanks Jen

Pretentious - like most people from deloitte
Jen postures as if she’s the only person on earth to ever experience hardship or illness - and her vantage point as a privileged white woman is never acknowledged. She’s beyond tone deaf in terms of acknowledging voices and perspectives of color and economic perspective outside her own. Her view? Being White = well~being
