It’s not even a natural flowing conversation. Host seems to just wait for his guest to finish talking so he can take his turn. Guest speaks for :30. Host goes for :100, saying things redundantly which doesn’t advance the narrative.

Couldn’t even make it through one full episode because of the host’s constant interrupting of the guest who is trying to tell his life story. Why can’t you just let your guest speak?

I am completely new to the restaurant/hospitality industry and I’ve learned a lot over the year and a half that I’ve been open. We have fortunately been pretty successful with a lot more growing opportunity in front of us. I’ve listed to every single one of Rogers podcasts and have taken away a lot of useful nuggets of information that I’ve installed here at my restaurant. It truly is amazing that people like Roger dedicate their time to help fellow restauranteurs succeed in this difficult industry.
