Maria :):)Informative, honest and practicalI look forward to listening to each podcast as it drops. Many times I’ve finished listening and thought “this is my favorite episode!”. I love the honest dialogue keeping it real, the highly informative rooted in history and research, and the foundational truth of always being anchored in the Bible. My current role is to lead global healing and unity and DEI for a global church in 30+ countries, all to say that despite my already lean in and education in this space, I’m still constantly learning and relearning for the work I do. I’m also a counselor working in a diverse school and a mom through birth and adoption of jewels of many races and I LOVE your podcast. I think everyone should listen and I recommend it all the time to many global pastors and ministry leaders. Thank you for stewarding it so well!!!

LaurenDev4Important work here!If you’re not listening to anything else, Be The Bridge is the thing you should be listening to! I have enjoyed every minute of this podcast while also being challenged to reframe some of the ways I think about things. Very important work! Thank you to Latasha for doing the work.

@mountainbadgerGod bless you& all you do Just what I needed on my walk with Yeshua, the Way, the truth & the life

KristaRidgefieldMomInformative and BeautifulLaTasha is a joy to listen to. She is obviously following the call that God has put on her life. She has so much experience and wisdom to share and I’ve learned so much from the Be the Bridge organization and this podcast specifically.

MrsRice08Mixed FeelingsWhile I am here for the message and content, the poor editing and length of episodes are turning me off.

krstgValuable learningI learn a great deal, culturally, spiritually, and intellectually, whenever I listen to Be the Bridge. As a white woman on a continuing journey of learning to work toward racial equity and reconciliation, I still have much to learn and am so grateful for the wise voices I can sit under through this podcast. May the Lord bless you all.
-
athirkellThanks for talking about adoptionBut just one suggestion— get in touch with Angela Tucker and talk with her too. She’s a transracial adoptee who is also an adoption professional.

Adrianna KoRooted in Biblical truth!Thank you for these conversations that focus on the Gospel-centered work of reconciliation! As a white person, I have learned so much from listening with an open heart over the past year. Those who have ears to hear will gain much godly wisdom! Christ calls us to humble ourselves and repent of the ways we have individually and corporately hurt others—not to deny or get defensive. If you listen with humility and a genuine desire to learn, you will be equipped to participate in God’s redeeming work of bringing His reconciling Kingdom to earth!

MadelineWietersGreat Content! + A Production CommentI cannot overstate how much I have learned from Latasha and the BTB organization. Thank you so much for the incredible content that you pour so much time and energy into creating. Lately the episodes have included superimposed sound effects that are distracting—specifically in the Sam Acho episode I found it difficult to focus on the dialogue because of the intentional background noise. These conversations are so educational and insightful; they can more than hold their own without the added effects of cars driving down a busy street, a bus door opening, etc. Keep up the informative and thoughtful content! So thankful for this resource!

kmavaLife TransformingBe the Bridge goes beyond racial healing. It is a safe space to listen, learn, and grow as a person in all areas of your life.

GangsMomNew to BTB, and loving the info!I’m loving the Biblical focus and the practical applications of our faith to hard conversations about culture, race, politics. I appreciate that I’m encouraged to think differently about how I can be like Jesus when so many messages around me are antithetical to the Gospel’s teachings.

OthejoyLove the PodcastLove this podcast started following it when I read the book with a group of ladies from my church. God use that book to build friendships that would have never happen otherwise. The podcasts has taught me so much about social justice from a biblical viewpoint, my culture , other cultures and about myself. Stay open to be teachable and give back. Thank you so much for the work you do!
-

EricaNeubauerEssential listening for ChristiansThoughtful, informative and accessible- I always come away feeling both challenged and encouraged.
-
Ka.Mi.Ja.MaNot BiblicalI would listen to Allie Stuckey interview Voddie Baucham. This gives a much more actual rate view in CRT and how it is just not backed my Scripture.
-
iamsusanCRTThe discussion of CRT is so helpful because it explains the theory and the history AND gives guidance about how to respond and stay focused on the core concerns of justice. Thank you.
-
lcpb22CRT is untrue & unbiblical.I tried my hardest to read Latasha’s book, Be The Bridge because I wanted to do the work of being an “anti-racist” but I couldn’t get beyond a few chapters. The Bible is the ultimate truth and there is nothing that we have to add to it or take away from it. The lamenting sections of the book made me cringe; it seemed like a new religion that’s different from the true Gospel. The CRT is completely unbiblical, hurtful, and far from the truth of the Bible. I would listen to Relatable by Allie Beth Stuckey, and she explains more about CRT & how it’s against God’s purpose.

Mbear54!Critical Race TheoryThank you so very much for the talk and interviews on Critical Race Theory from a Biblical perspective! Wonderful!

Blanca HuertasThank You for Bringing a Latinx conversationI am enjoying the conversation with Dr. Elizabeth Rios. I identify so much with her conversation because I am also Puerto Rican. I strongly feel my African roots in me. My great grandmother was Afro Latina. I am so proud of this and Like she shared my parents really didn’t share our history. I had to dig in. Now I share what I know into my daughters. It is so dig into my daughters that my youngest will not let anyone call her white. She will correct anyone by telling them and tell them she is Puertorrican. I do this so they know that they appreciate who they are where they come from. My oldest is a beautiful Afrolatina and I have worked with her accepting how she looks. It’s not easy when many of the appropriate dressing styles for Christian standards are usually brought by the white community that does not look like we do. So if a topic recommendation would be how to raise our daughters to accept how black and brown looks and dress in a Christlike way. Thank you so much for this podcast. I feel so much healing in me.

MAC4CHRISTListening is edifying to meThis podcast is edifying to anyone. I personally have a lot to learn and have recently been availing myself to resources of all sorts regarding the topics of division between humans who are created in the image of God. I appreciate this Podcast and recognize that it is labor for those involved to continue sharing their experience. The Beth Moore interview was convicting. Humbly listening, Melissa Corbett

Lil' KeeshTransformationalAs a long time fan of Tasha’s work through Be the Bridge I was elated to hear she had a podcast coming out! And it has not disappointed! Tasha takes us through hard conversations and they’re full of grace and truth. This is Gospel work. You won’t leave any of her conversations unchanged.

-
MandymoodyThankfulThankful for the conversation.
-
emiwhipGood StartI love that Latasha is holding a podcast centered around important conversations. However, the audio for the guests is not the best. I had to stop halfway in between episode 203 and 204 because the guest was hard to understand. It was like listening to a voicemail in five minute period chunks. I hope as the podcast grows, this can be improved.
-
Shannie BBLove this podcastThe interview with Lisa Sharon Harper is AWESOME!
-
BetsyabsThank youLatasha - thank you so much for creating a space where we can come together, learn, grow, support, go there!, giggle, call each other higher in racial reconciliation. I’ve listened to 4 or 5 and they are fantastic!! However, the giggles between you and Jennie made. my. world. Hearing how joy can come within a hard topic where there is such vulnerability and while even remembering awkward beginnings — God is good and He is so, so here!
-
Msyb77Christ-centered faith-filledA podcast for today’s difficult and uncomfortable conversations around race. Latasha brings it all to the table with truth telling and really meaningful discussion about racism and the church and our need as believers in Jesus to be the bridge to healing.
-
B MelzEpisode 203I would like to kindly, lovingly suggest the host be in control of interview by asking more questions. The guest never stopped talking even though she said she was going to. ” stop and take a breath” she never did. I stopped listening just after halfway mark as I missed hearing questions from host to direct the conversation. I hope this helps in some small way. I love that Host Latasha is doing this. 💜

-
red_curlz_girlIf you are in church leadership, listen to this.Latasha Morrison is such a fantastic leader in a space where there is such tension about what has been unspoken in the church, and with humility, grace, dignity, and truth she and her team carry and balance these conversations so well! The discussions here are going to help us reach the unreached, and do so in a Christ centered way that is God honoring, and challenging. You will be convicted, and will not regret it.
-

Jac RamosTeam Tasha!!!I feel like a friend so I’m calling her Tasha on this title 😂🤷🏽♀️. This is exactly how you’ll feel when you listen to Latasha speak. She is so great at making her audience feel like she is in the room talking right to you - she is so meek, so kind, so resilient! The work she is doing is SO IMPORTANT and NECESSARY! Thank you for leading us well, friend! 💕
-
drummerJenSo excited!I’m so excited that Latasha Morrison is getting her own podcast. I’ve listened to her on many other podcasts and I can’t get enough. She is an important voice leading the way for the big C Church to confront the issue of racism and begin the process of racial reconciliation.
