This episode was recommended by NY Times. I was very interested, but the guest barely speaks English. I attempted to concentrate but his accent is incomprehensible. Maybe his interview should be read by A.I ?

After listening to several podcasts by this author I really enjoy the futuristic forward thinking of the guests. We are learning a lot of information about the future and the exponential advance of information and how it affects us all.

Azeem is brilliant and an incredible interviewer. No matter the topic, you’re guaranteed to gain something from every episode - can’t recommend Exponential View enough. 🙌

The most disappointing podcast I've tried out. The topics are great. Speaker is clear and concise. Good production too. But everything is spun from the left. Recently, listened to one on mapping AI's impact. Was hoping to hear something like Netflix' Social dilemma which described how social media hijacks our emotional impulses. However, the speaker was all about environment degradation, white bias in data, high tech isn't paying taxes, etc. It was like an intelligent episode of an NPR program. All they said may be true, but I've never heard anything positive about a position from the right and every position the left takes was good. So, I don't know where there objectivity gives way to activism and a one sided view. Saying high tech companies don't pay taxes is just untrue. The companies are owned by stockholders. When their stock goes up, they pay taxes on them. They may not be paying enough, but you need to provide a more sophisticated view; inotherwords both sides even if you dis one side. It's fine to have an opinion, just be complete.

I couldn’t recommend this podcast more - I’ve always been interested in complex technologies but I’ve never found a means of digesting that information in a way that made sense. Not until this podcast, that is!

I really don’t like how it starts with “...or you’ll get left behind”. It’s too general and intense to start with. Then I just find the host a bit pretentious sounding, and content s little overly PC

Azeem, I approached this podcast with an investor’s mindset. How do I soak up enough of the right kind of information to give myself an advantage? But your episode on surveillance capitalism woke up dormant concerns in me. I see you as a curious capitalist and I’m not sure you agree completely with all the arguments made in this episode, but you give them space to breath - and they are important arguments. This episode earned my five star rating. Excellent work. Keep it up.

I have been following Azeem Azhar since I started subscribing to his Exponential Views email newsletter. His podcast goes into more depth on many fascinating issues about the effect of technology on society. Enjoyable, eclectic, and informative.

I find the content easy to listen to during my commute. Azeem does a good job helping guests explain some complex issues.

Azeem is a charming and conscientious host, and his guests. The show just gives some of the topics it discusses (AI in particular) too superficial a treatment to be useful. If you are curious about HOW artificial intelligence will change the world, you will not get that here. If you didn’t already know that it will change the world, you’ll find the podcast revealing.

This is the only podcast I listen to regularly. Azeem addresses critical topics and interviews people at the cutting edge of the next paradigm. He dives below the surface on a range of subjects and includes interviewees from a diverse set of disciplines. Finally, he keeps it short enough that it is an easy podcast to fit into your life. I can’t recommend this podcast enough.
